By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Description

Our services consist in chess lessons combined with chess tutoring. So, any service you buy from chess.school entitles you to direct, personalized chess tutoring and support connected to the lessons or course you have bought. The chess teacher support is offered by email.

Our services are designed for chess players. That’s more than logic… Therefore, our customers shall be individual persons only. If payments are done by a company, it is automatically implied that this is a discounting between that paying company and our real customer – the individual person, who uses our services. If we ask, the paying company must provide a fiscal document that shows the payment was a discounting in favor to the customer.

Delivery Policy

After you subscribe to one of services, we will open an account on our server with access to your chess lessons. Your login information will be sent to you by email (please check your spam folder too).
You are entitled to chess coaching and support via email.

You can download all the lessons from your account to your computer.

The lessons are provided in a format that you can read on any computer or smartphone, or print out and study at the chess board.

We also provide ChessBase / PGN files for the opening materials and annotated games.

Cancelation Policy

You can STOP or RESUME a monthly subscription ANYTIME – just by sending an email to us.

Refund Policy

We offer samples, the training method and full details so you can decide before you buy if our course is what you want. We prefer this way of presentation, so we do not offer money back guarantee for Services (or products) that we have delivered. After you accessed your account, all transactions are final. If you still think that you have a good reason for a refund, please email us and we will solve that.

Intellectual property rights

Our intellectual property is very important to us and we have all copyright and other intellectual property rights in everything we have developed, designed or created in relation to our products and services. We reserve all rights in relation to these materials.
